Unit Financial Controller - CA (12-15 yrs)
UNIT FINANCE CONTROLLER

- Drive financial planning and support the short & medium term business plan
- Develop processes and systems for operational efficiency and fiscal discipline as per statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedures
- Collection of receivables from retailers and managing delays / disputes / reconciliation of balances etc.
- Collate & compile annual budget (Capex & Opex) and financial forecast
- Monitor compliances, set accounting and reporting standards, set internal controls and ensure timeliness and accuracy
- Adhere to statutory compliances, proper documentation of all books of accounts, reports, lease and revenue contracts
- Monitor budget spending, analyze planned vs actual spend and escalating any significant variance
- Periodic auditing with accuracy; tax compliance with timely & accurate financial reporting
- Ensure retailer set-up as per defined processes; review commercial terms and agreements
- Develop and leverage relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions, GST, excise, customs duty etc.
- Verify bills of service providers/agencies with supporting & statutory documents
- Work closely with Financial institutions/ Corporate bodies, Auditors , Statutory/ Regulatory agencies, Retailers, Vendors/ Agencies etc
CA, 12-15 years' PQE, 34-38 years' of age, Rs. 24-25 lakhs per annum
