Unit Finance Head

We are looking for a qualified CA with experience in Manufacturing /Hospitality/Hospital /Logistics/FMCG/FMCD industry for below role Unit - Finance Head working closely with Unit COO, Cluster Finance & AVP Finance. Typically, Controller Finance of the Unit oversees the day to day activities of the finance team and ensures the companies' finance function is organized and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts & Supports Business for achieving strategic organization goals.

Major Accountabilities:

- Management of the finance function

- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flows

- Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes working closely with Shared Service team.

- Preparation of Monthly MIS reports

- Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports

- Cash management and treasury functions

- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.

- Ensuring statutory compliances under the purview of finance

- Constantly supporting the COO in terms of Business Finance Functional inputs.

- Attending to Statutory, Internal & Tax Audit for the unit.

- Identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures

- Supporting the unit COO in terms of analytical reports & other financial advice

- Team Building & Training
