Unit Finance Controller - Manufacturing

- Drive financial planning, formulate short & medium term business plan; ensure operational efficiency & fiscal discipline; develop processes wrt statutory requirements & corporate policies

- Monitor compliance & internal control systems to ensure accuracy of accounting

- Adhere to statutory compliances & ensure proper documentation of all books of accounts, reports, lease & revenue contracts

- Prepare annual budget capex & opex, of various departments; Analyze planned Vs. actual spend, escalate any significant variance

- Auditing with accuracy & compliance with all recommendations

- Ensure adherence to the Corporate insurance guidelines and provide coordination to ensure that the Center is adequately and cost effectively insured against risks

- Comply with tax regulations to ensure that finances are accurately & timely reported

- Collection of receivables from retailers in case of significant delays or non-reconciliation of balances

- Ensure retailer set-up is done as per defined processes & review commercial terms and agreement etc

- Develop relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions; liaise with statutory bodies (service tax, excise, customs duty etc.) for all compliance requirements

- Verify bills of various service providers; ensure all supporting & statutory documents are in place before approving it for payment

- Interact with Financial institutions/ Corporate bodies, Auditors, Statutory/ Regulatory agencies, Retailers, Vendors/ Agencies etc
