Unique Occupational Services - Vice President - Finance

- Atleast 15 to 20 years experience in finance/Accounts management

- Should have rich experience in pitching to investors and closing deals

- Raising equity/debt/multiple finance instruments for fund raise.

- Should have built business plans/annual operating plans

- Raised equity of USD 50mn and Debt of similar value

- Budgeting/Cost control/Const analysis experience

- Finance accounts management of atleast 500 Cr company

- Cosec/legal experience in India/Singapore with rich Corporate governance experience

- Reporting to Board and shareholders regularly and relationship management with them

- ERP implementation experience or power user of ERP is a must

- Should have handled multi currency revenues/filing of returns in multiple geographies
