- The Total Rewards Manager (Compensation & Benefits Manager)for Asia Pacific is responsible for managing the compensation and benefits programs for the region and consulting with regional leaders and HR on their compensation and benefits needs. Manages annual benefits renewals, year-end compensation processes and off cycle requests. Provides regular counsel and recommendations to regional management and HR on their compensation and benefits needs. Educates HR, management and employees on our Total Rewards philosophy and offerings and provides feedback and recommendations on regional needs. Analyzes competitive data for target labor markets and recommends changes to compensation and benefits offerings that appropriately balance business needs and local market practice with our global total rewards strategy.

- Design, implement and/or support global and local compensation and benefits programs and policies for Asia Pacific, ensuring regional alignment with our global total rewards philosophy. Ensure offerings and policies are locally compliant.

- Advise and consult with regional management and HR partners on the company's compensation and benefits philosophy, practices and programs.

- Manage annual compensation planning process for the Asia Pacific region for base pay, bonus and equity recommendations. Provide input on regional budgets, guidelines and tools. Prepare and deliver education for HR and management, and counsel management on recommendations.

- Conduct competitive pay assessments, evaluate jobs, provide promotion and compensation recommendations, and partner with the business on their compensation needs. May develop and update regional salary ranges and job codes and present business case for other recommended changes.

- Manage annual benefit renewals and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs, competitive market practice and global total rewards philosophy.

- Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective promotion and understanding of benefit offerings to new and existing employees, candidates, and family members.

- Oversee ongoing management of benefit programs and manage relationships with benefit brokers, advisors, carriers and vendors, ensuring high performance standards are met or exceeded.

- Establish strong partnerships with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and other internal stakeholders; lead cross-functional projects to implement changes or new offerings and streamline operations.

- Provide regional compensation and benefits support for cross-functional HR projects, such as M&A activity and HR systems implementations.

- Perform ad-hoc analyses and manage other projects and programs as requested.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5-8+ years related experience in India compensation and benefits; experience in a US multi-national high-tech company highly desired. Experience managing compensation and benefits for other countries in the Asia Pacific region is a plus.

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal communication.

- Strong knowledge of local compensation, benefits and employment laws and regulations.

- Hands on, proactive team member with strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail and follow through.

- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.

- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated passion around driving process improvement.

- Advanced Excel plus strong Word and PowerPoint skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment.

- Experience with Workday HRMS and compensation modules a plus.
