Key Responsibilities : - Develop and manage Unilodgers's global strategic charter and key initiatives. - Work with CXO's on high-impact projects - Identify problem areas and opportunities. Rapidly test, learn and implement solutions across functional areas - Challenge status quo and propose process improvements across functional areas - Work closely with Technology team to drive - digital- transformation - Conduct external benchmarking on Product features, Customer experience and Process best practices - Drive external partnerships with strategic partners and service providers - Develop playbooks to facilitate international and adjacent business expansion Qualification : - 4-8 years of work experience. Prior program management experience desirable - Management consulting and consumer internet experience would be a big plus - Attention to detail - Proficiency with PPT and spreadsheets - Ability to communicate at an executive level
