Prepare, update and maintain job descriptions of all open positions and currently working positions in the organization. 2. Devise recruitment plans, discuss strategies along with the HR Leader and agree on closure within timelines. 3. Reduction of Manpower hiring cost. 4. Devise and implement cost-effective digital selection processes within the capacities. 5. Source, Screen and Shortlist profiles and escalate suitability to HR Leader and respective functional manager for technical and behavioral assessments. 6. To keep abreast of the entire process chain in interviewing and act as a spearhead in following up for feedback, understanding mismatches, reasons for rejection to optimize the selection strategies. 7. Create healthy pipelines for open positions and maintain backups for any last minute backoffs from the offered candidates. 8. Deeply understand recruitment channels, job portals, head hunting websites and effectively use them to close the open positions. 9. To drive internal referrals and manage referral payouts as per the set processes. 10. To lead the offer negotiations of all selected candidates with consultation of the HR Leader. 11. Create and maintain a database of applications, profiles for all anticipated positions in the future as to ensure a proactive approach to the hiring process in the organization. 12. Will be the custodian of the Onboarding decks, formats, templates etc. 13. suggestions for improvements in usage of digital technologies to help better the overall hiring process. Qualification, Skills and Abilities: 1. qualification in the field related to HR is mandatory. Preferably - Full time MBA HR. 2. Preference will be given to recruiters from Tech based startups. 3. 6 to 8 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required. 4. Mature and balanced individual with a high level of drive and energy. High potential to represent the organization with stakeholders. Abilities and Traits : 1. Understanding of job descriptions, job specifications as a concept. 2. Ability to channelize the recruitment process. 3. Identify candidates' pulse and suggest for actions accordingly. 4. Ability to analyze data and information and derive key insights. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. 7. Ability to build deep and lasting relationships with people. 8. Good Time management skills. Salary offered: 8-10LPA
