CA Experience In Due Diligence.

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with significant experience in due diligence and audit processes.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial audits, assessing financial health during due diligence processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

- This role will also involve regular interaction with senior management to support strategic decision-making and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Perform financial due diligence, including assessing financial risks, validating financial records, and identifying any discrepancies or issues.

- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to senior management.

- Evaluate and test internal controls, accounting procedures, and operational systems.

- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

- Advise management on improving internal controls, reducing risks, and ensuring efficient financial operations.

- Prepare tax filings and manage compliance with relevant tax regulations.

- Ensure adherence to auditing standards and best practices across the organization.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance and trends.

- Assist in managing the budget process, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (or equivalent).

- 3+ years of experience in audit and due diligence, preferably within Big 4, financial services, etc.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and auditing techniques.

- Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, and risk management.

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
