Uniform Junction is a part of the iconic Arvind Mafatlal Group and the core team of the company has rich experience in developing business in the e-commerce segment. We have already made significant progress in setting up the backend of the marketplace, and are now on track for a soft launch by end February 2021, followed by a formal launch in early March 2021.

What is the role:

Our Chanel Partnership Manager's role will be to build and maintain strong relatonships with all of Uniform Junction's partners. You will be reporting to the President of Learning Services.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Building and growing channel partner relationships by

- Evaluating and recruiting new channel partners, including discussing and finalizing commercial agreements

- Identifying and tracking measures of success for each partnership

- Supporting channel partners in making strategic directions and addressing business issues

- Conducting regular workshops and trainings with the most relevant team members

- Working across functions at Uniform Junction to build product expertise

- Collecting and synthesizing feedback from Partners that will in turn inform product roadmap strategy

What we are looking for

- 2+ years of experience working in a role focused on building relationships with Channel Partners

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline

- Proven track record of building strong and successful relationships with channel partners

- Strong verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to convince partners

- Past experience using analytics in building and executing channel sales and marketing strategies

- Preferred - Experience in the education space
