Roles & Responsibilities :
- Help develop overall business goals by maintaining a sound technology strategy including P&L Management, timelines, budgets, performance metrics.
- Review and improve our technology vision, roadmap, and strategy to align with our overall company vision and mission.
- Provide top quality leadership and hold ultimate accountability with product development hardware, Dev Ops, System Intelligence, System Reliability, Security, Front-end, UI/UX and Technical Support.
- Outline the goals for research and development from a technology standpoint.
- Overseeing further development of existing platform and product offerings.
- Leading the entire technology setup in India.
- Managing technology budgets and time frames.
- Keeping abreast with the latest technology industry trends and developments.
- Deploy, develop and implement solutions in a cost-efficient manner
- Define tech stacks for the organisation with focus on digitisation
Qualifications Required :
- 8+ years of experience in building scalable products, platforms, and modern technologies
- Hands on experience in digital initiatives, big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, and business intelligent solutions.
- Ability to convert data into usable modern technology driven solutions
- Experience on Google cloud related tech stacks
- Understanding of vendor partnerships and taking cost conscious decisions
- Envisioning a strategy and growth plans and executing the same
