Post Sales Manager (Client Servicing) Exp: 7 - 14 years Location: Chennai Job Description: - Responsible for Customer services, account development, retention &amp; Upsell - Responsible for managing 50 key strategic accounts (Builders &amp; Developers) in the city - Shall be responsible to grow the client base and penetrate further (Up sell). shall act as a conduit between corporate teams (CET), Sales team and the client. - Ability to manage queries, complaints and requests and also do first time resolution within TAT - Strict adherence to TAT and SOP. - Good excel skills and ability to quickly transform and understand data. - Must have good inter-personal skills - Understanding of various lead management systems Ideal profile : 1. MBA with Min 3 years of real estate exposure 2. Sound understanding of digital domain 3. Posses the right mix of Sales and Service orientation 4.
