Role Description: Category Head - Product + P&L Business The Individual: - For the role of Category Head - candidates should have proven consumer business acumen and leadership skills. - Primary responsibilities will be to manage P&L responsibility and to drive new products development. - Person will look after 5-6 different categories covering buyer segments, select developer solutions as well as new revenue opportunities.The individual will assist CEO with strategic insights to help in decision making, either in a growth management capacity or by supporting specific work-streams or deliverable. - The position is extremely critical since the individual is responsible for growing revenue and profits as a core objective for Magicbricks. - The role would have 2 product managers, 1 category manager, analytics executives and support staff reporting into it. - Individuals must have 12 Years of experience post MBA. Out of total experience minimum 5 years must be in Consumer Internet space in Product/Business Role. Education/Professional qualifications: - Seeking a high caliber individual to maintain our exceptional standards. - MBA from a reputed B School. - History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements.
