Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - UniCards - Leading FinTech

- Candidate should have contracting experience in the context of RBI guidelines for PPI and NBFC companies.

- Experience in handling RBI compliances will be an additional advantage.

- Structuring of product in compliance with regulatory and legal landscape,

- Drafting, negotiating contracts with various partners such as banks, financial institutions, payment gateways, merchants, technology service providers, corporate alliance partners, vendors etc.

- Advising on the day to day operations, compliances, including drafting response to customer complaints, products changes and upgrades; and

- Person needs to have good communication skills, ability to influence people and consultative approach while advising employees on contracts.

- Work will involve contracting with major banks, NBFC and innovating on new financial products.
