Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join as Head of Operations, India, the incumbent will lead the team to scale Uncle Delivery and drive growth to achieve the ultimate goal of making Uncle Delivery the leading intra-city delivery platform in India. What you'll do: - This is a senior and cross functional leadership role that will be accountable to overall business success-including growth and profitability. - The Head of Operations is expected to oversee the development, execution, and resource procurement to achieve UD business objectives in the Indian market. - Setting the right goals, making the right trade offs, and effectively allocating resources across the business will be critical to achieve success. - Operations Management: deploy and manage driver operations, sales operations and marketing activities. Implement local and national initiatives and SOPs - Partnership Management: execution of regional and local partnerships to ensure consistent business user base growth at the city level - Business Development: oversee the business development of the platform. Acquire users and grow the business. Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with customers and other stakeholders. Work closely with marketing both online and offline and actively take part in spearheading local strategy - Operations performance: identify and enforce best practices.
