Assistant Manager - Supply

Job Title: Supply AM / Driver Operations AM

Main Responsibilities:

- Driver acquisition and onboarding: Constantly maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy and efficient process for driver acquisition and onboarding.

- Community & Retention Management: Drive and lead communication, training, online community, engagement activities and multiple business initiatives to build trust & love for our driver partners across Mumbai

- Driver operations standards: Identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues.

- Performance: Constantly track the efficiency of your team and the service quality provided to the network, and deploy corrective/improvement actions

- Degree holder, 5 + years of operational/leadership experience, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfillment environment, 2+ years in similar positions including at least 1+ at management level.

- Experience with start-up company is a plus

- Experience in project managing complex, cross-functional projects

- Proficiency with Excel

- Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies

- Energetic, positive & open-minded, result-oriented and with strong business acumen

- Good command of both written and spoken English
