Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality, accurate and well-written multimedia content that engages our digital audience
- Design and implement a range of cross-selling efforts to ensure customers are aware of recent product innovation and add-on options to maximize lifetime value and customer satisfaction
- Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, SEO, sales & customer success teams, to understand our customers' pain points, generate content ideas, and create detailed strategies
- Use search and social media analytics to identify digital audience and content trends
- Manage live daily and weekly content flow to achieve digital audience targets
- Provide coverage for blogs when required
- Be adept on social media to build audiences and communities and ensure that content is shared on social platforms
- Possess a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the Finance and Blockchain industry
- Conduct in-depth and regular audits of competitor content
- Have ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team
- Expertise in developing and executing various online campaigns (Ad campaign, social media campaign email campaign), including digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels in B2B
- Develop sales enablement assets including brand, sales, vertical decks, competitive research, customer case studies to assist the sales team on strategic positioning and value proposition
- Drive thought leadership and bottom-of-the-funnel marketing activities such as product webinars, customer case studies, blogs, use case studies and awards that identify customer needs and drive product adoption
- Track and measure feature adoption, represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with product management to influence product roadmap
Good to have:
- (5-12) years of experience in content writing or marketing
- Good know how of the digital eco-system, managing geo-targeted or pan national campaigns as and when required.
- Experience in B2B enterprise software firms is strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects
- Familiarity with software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Proven ability to follow style guidelines
- Impeccable spelling and grammar
