Senior Manager-PMO : A typical day in this role will require : 1. Managing cross-functional programs : Planning, organizing, and executing programs across multiple categories and stakeholders 2. Leading end to end GTM and growth initiatives 3. Analytics : Identifying key metrics, tracking, and providing visibility to stakeholders via dashboards and MIS reports. Identify patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction The ideal candidate should have : 1. 3-4 experience of leading projects in startups/startup-like culture 2.
