Unacademy is looking to hire a smart individual who will help build strong relationships within the education community. The role will require bringing in top educators from the industry through social media platforms along with various other networks. Apart from that, an important part will be to handle a team and continuously motivating and monitor them.

Job Summary - 

- Manage team and ensure that they are handling the assigned categories efficiently

- Contact and convert exceptional educators in the assigned categories

- Ensure the minimum growth expectation of the categories handled are met

- Be involved in the profitability of the category

- Manage the Unacademy's on-boarding process of new educators in order to ensure a seamless transition to the day-to-day activity pipeline

- Lead and effectively manage projects end-to-end

- Build strong relationships with educators through effective interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Handle team effectively

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all educators account management matters

- Cold call prospective leads

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with educators
