About the Role: You will be working as the Sales Manager for an assigned team. You will be managing a team of Business Development Executives, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Mastree's way of Learning. You will be showcasing the unique Mastree's way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Sales (Pref B2C)

- Sales role with the Ed Tech experience would be an added advantage

- Team handling experience of 2 Years or more

- Handled ticket size of more than 50k.

Deliverables expected in our role:

- Manage & Mentor the team assigned to you.

- Own revenue & input metrics of the team.

- Monitor at least 15 calls in a day & give feedback/training to the team members.

- Assist team with follow-up/closure of sales (10-15 calls in a day).
