Job Description : 1. Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent 2. Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination. 3. Recruitment at all levels across the organization. Work on different sourcing strategies &amp; build a strong pipeline of candidates. Manage end to end hiring process. 4. Ensure 100% staffing as per the AOP (Volume Hiring) 5. Enhance the portal utilisation by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates 6. Enhance employee referral programs- Compensation negotiation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organisation. 7. Prepare monthly Recruitment Scorecard. 8. Managing Recruitment Partners Empanelment and performance monitoring. Requirements: - Proven work experience of 3 - 7 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (volume hiring role) or similar role - Working experience with any Product based organisation is PLUS - Prior experience with social media, resume databases and professional networks - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations
