Responsibility of Director, CS Operations :

1. Studio Operations Team :

- It is responsible for making Studios at the Educator's house for both the teams (CS and Business)

2. Audit and Quality Control Team :

- Responsible for auditing of the YouTube videos

- Recommendation for deletion

3. Onboarding Operations :

- Once an Educator is approved, they need to be onboarded

- Demo

- KYC

- Legal Contract

- Educator Code

- Dispatching the Welcome Kit

4. Educator Training :

- Extremely critical component

- Every month we have around 60-80 Educators who are going live

- They need to be trained properly

- Also creation of training content

5. YouTube Operations :

- Daily 800-900 videos are getting published

- Every single thing has to be created from scratch for all these videos
 
6. Educator Retention Team :

- 2 member team for now

- Talk to all the Educators

- Especially the top 100 Educators
