The candidate is expected to be in touch with everyone working with ZST irrespective of their position &amp; ensure the team is aligned with the company's vision, ethics &amp; work culture. Roles and responsibilities : - Formulate, organize and monitor team building activities - Decide on suitable strategies and objectives - Coordinate regular happiness survey - Lead and evaluate 1:1 employee feedback system - Collaborate with HRBP to ensure top-notch employee management - Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors - To regulate &amp; control the damage &amp; to raise flags to the concerned authorities in case of even slightest anomaly. Prepare reports for program directors Requirement: - Graduate/Post Graduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience in people management role.. - Collaboration &amp; Project Management - Superior interpersonal &amp; convincing skills - Data management &amp; analytics - Speed, agility &amp; flexibility Fluent verbal and written communication - Problem solving attitude - Deep understanding of the ed-tech industry - MS word/excel/powerpoint will be added advantage
