Role: AVP - Celebrity Educator Management Responsible for: - Designing the process for the Educator Ecosystem. - Capture, document, and pursue desired outcomes for assigned educators. - Monitor product adoption status, educator health, and overall relationship. - Coordinate internal activities intended to progress educator relationships. - Responsible for managing inputs, category financials, promotion management, auditing and analysis, educator escalations and concise communications. - Responsible for Educator Onboarding, Engagement, Training and other related issues. - Build an efficient Customer Success &amp; Support Machine by Defining and constantly improving operational team metrics. - Establish a system for tracking metrics and key milestones; leverage metrics to make data driven decisions and drive ever growing success for the team; expose metrics to the executive team and company. Requirements: - Min 10 years of experience in Vendor Management/Key Account Management (Enterprise/HNI Clients). - Prefer experience in Business Development &amp; HR (Not mandatory) - Proficiency in Excel, Proven analytical skills and highly numerate - Proven Negotiation Skills - Influencing abilities and vendor management experience - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes - A willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done
