We are looking for a result-oriented innovative thinker with extensive teaching experience for GATE/NEET/IIT/UPSC competitive examinations or someone who has cleared it themselves. He/she must also have good business acumen and can take effective business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Identifies the customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality.

2. Own the strategy and roadmap for offerings within the exam category.

3. Manage all aspects right from designing and successful launch of courses and batches (e-learning products) to taking the users' feedback and further improving the overall value offerings.

4. Deliver in terms of overall improvement in measurable indicators like student outcomes, student engagement time on the platform, students subscription renewal rate and students referral rate for Unacademy subscription.

5. Sound exam segment knowledge and experience is a must with experience of both academics and business strategy.
