Manage Continuous coordination with educators and organizations for content development. 2. Manage the Compliance of the delivery schedule of content. 3. Take ownership of Adoption Metrics & Subscription Ratings. 4. Take ownership of weekly communication to learners about updates in Value offering. 5. Continuous external benchmarking of value offering from experts and learners using competition products. 6. Take ownership of SMEs hiring and management. 7. Take ownership of weekly communication to learners about updates in Value Offering. Requirements - 1. Candidate should have 4- 8 years of relevant experience. 2. High energy, confident and self-starter; can operate with limited supervision. 3. Team player; ability to work well with a diverse set of people and drive consensus. 4. Excellent communication and people management skills. 5. Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
