Associate Director - Onboarding- Unacademy


Job Objective :

This role encompasses managing the overall operations for Unacademy Platform where the individual will own the Go-Live and Post Go-Live process for partners.

Primary Duties :

1. Identify, define, manage, and drive the new category launch

2. Facilitate effective decision-making for the new category and projects you have undertaken

3. Work on the long-term vision for the new category launch team and the roadmap to advance it in the short term.

4. Oversee large, often cross-functional initiatives, unlock blockers, suggest improvements, and bring together stakeholders to help drive decisions.

5. Industry Competitive research, perform benchmarking, analyze data, and make product recommendations.

6. Preferred Experience managing operations to achieve daily goals and deliverables

Key Skills :

1. Ability to think big (10x) while also defining and driving specific actions on an aggressive timeline

2. Exceptional business acumen, business management, and cross-functional understanding

3. Lead when needed and do when needed; high bias for action

4. The ideal candidate is a flexible, well-rounded leader with Portfolio management and Team management skill set

5. Strong communication and decision-making

6. High energy, confident and capable self-starter; can operate with limited supervision

7. Team player; ability to work well with a diverse set of people and drive consensus

8. Excellent communication and people management skills

9. Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

10. Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operations


Requirements -

1. Minimum experience of 6 yrs in category and business management

2. Bachelor's degree & MBA from a premium school (preferable)

3. Business intelligence around best practices and current trends

4. Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives

5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to details
