Job Summary:

Highest outcomes for learners and best learning experience is Unacademy's core business philosophy. This is an opportunity to head a business line's learners' experience and impact millions of learners.

This person will work directly with the Business Heads on strategy, planning, and execution of Unacademy's overall learner experience goals.

They will be responsible for managing learner experience operations, including but not limited to, value offering improvements, process and operational improvements, market research and competitive differentiation, and external partnerships.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Value Offering Improvement: Ensuring that the end-user experience is best-in-class and ensuring highest NPS among international competitors. Creating a strong feedback loop and setting up processes for continuous improvement in services offered.

Process and Operational Improvement: Set-up and strengthen the processes to ensure zero leakage in quality and efficiency. Liaising with other department heads and Unacademy Leadership to ensure all other teams contribute equally to providing customers a seamless experience across touchpoints.

Market Research and Competitive Differentiation: Closely observe changing market dynamics and emerging trends to gain competitive differentiation and advantage. Ensure that the product offered is 10x better than competitors.

External Partnerships: Evaluate and work closely with high-quality external partners to upgrade our learner-facing, educator-facing and internal processes.
