Unacademy - Associate Director - Educator Relationship (6-10 yrs)
- Responsible for managing End to End movement of Educator NPS
- Act as key custodian of Educators
- Work with all Educators in the team, understand their pain points, and resolve them
- Liaison with multiple teams (Category, Finance, Product, Legal, etc) to provide solutions to Educators Issues
- Audit all Educator related processes right from Onboarding to Exit to identify gaps and build systems to improve the processes
- Reduce attrition rate to zero among Educators
- Manage reporting of various Educator related initiatives to Senior Management
- 6-8 Years of experience in relationship management and leading strategic Initiatives
- Strong experience in multiple stakeholder management in a matrix/ COE setup
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- The candidate should be proactive, self-starter & highly motivated
- Experience in Leading NPS initiatives will be a plus
