Job Description :

We are looking for an AD - Quality to lead a team of 21 internal auditors as well as manage external agency partners overlooking the audit activities of content available on YouTube.

The position includes direct management of the team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan & strategize internal as well as external Audit processes to achieve the set quality benchmarks to ensure best quality of content on YouTube which is in compliance with Company protocols & guidelines.

- Execute internal quality control processes, managing junior auditors, and recording results.

- Plan and schedule regular as well as ad-hoc Audit events.

- End to end External Audit Agency Management including but not limited to contracting, Onboarding, training, doubt solving, monitoring, invoicing, etc.

- Internal Team Training & Management.

- Internal Stakeholder Management (ESTs, Central Ops, Finance, PMO) to ensure information and reports are shared to the relevant business stakeholders for their action.

- Data Analytics - Prepare, review and assess the result of the audit reports, Deep dive into data to take the required action.

- Conduct trainings, refreshers and mentor audit associates.

- Integrate best practices and systems into the audit programs.

Requirements :

- Aligning with Leadership Principles of Unacademy.

- Looking for 7+ years of experience in relevant field.

- Proven experience as Audit and Quality manager or similar role.

- Solid knowledge of Content Audit processes.

- Eager to learn about Technology.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.

- Excellent communication and people skills
