We have an opening for AVP Business Operations

MBA with 8-12 years of experience in Onboarding /Vendor management

- The person will work closely with all the other Educator Facing Teams

- Depending on the number of Educators this person will build a team to handle Educators

Responsible for :

- Running an HR Process for Educators

- Onboarding

- Educator Engagement

- Educator Training

- Query handling

- Finance issues

- Content issues

- Conflict resolution

- Letting them go properly

- Keeping a check on politics happening

- Qualities

- Strong negotiator and Leader

- Can handle tough conversations well

- Empathetic

- Some experience in HR domain (helpful but not necessary)

- Can connect with Educators
