Ultratech Cement : Senior Manager - General Accounts, Legal & Commercial

Education : Chartered Accountant (CA)

Age : Between 35 to 38 years

Experience : Minimum 8 - 10 years post CA

Skills you should bring :

- Should have good exposure in General Ledger Scrutiny, Trail Balance Review, Compliance and Legal.

You will be responsible for :

- Leading commercial negotiations to get best rates for purchasing quality products / services.

- Ensure SOP and policies are adhered to: Control cost by ensuring the expenses are within budgets.

- Ensuring effective Fixed Expenses and Fixed Assets Budget preparation by analyzing the budget parameters and past + actual data.

- Implement SOPs, policies, guidelines and audit recommendation in the zone Accountable for Insurance, Tax Law compliances, managing legal issues and cases.

- Facilitating internal audit at all zonal locations and preparation of audit replies.

- Ensuring all agreements & contracts are in line with management guidelines & SOP.

- Managing the legal cases filed against customer outstanding, appeals with various govt, authorities and insolvency cases Overseeing timely renewal of Bank Guarantees.

- Co-ordination with Consultants / Advisors, Lawyers and Department officials, SAP team to ensure the business requirements are achieved
