UX Head ( Location: Gurgaon or Hyderabad)

- The candidate will lead the UX design of products and platforms for a leading online pharmaceutical organization.

- She/He will apply your knowledge of leading and defining UX projects and proven industry UX best practices to help research, define, sequence, prototype, design, test, and deliver next-generation, consumer, and enterprise health applications.

Job Responsibilities:

- Display leadership, provide direction, and mentor a team of Product Designers, Researchers, and Visual Designers. You are passionate about building great teams

- Determines customers' key needs; accumulates and refines ideas for new products.

- Conduct customer research/interviews and take formal and informal customer feedback for product improvements.

- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

- Work with the product management team to create use cases for product/feature development.

- Standards: Develop design guidelines. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products, with 2-3 years experience in leading teams.

- A BDes or an MDes in design is ideal, however, for the right candidate, this is not a constraint.

- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, tight deadlines environment.

- Working with the philosophy of simple is better.
