Designation : Sr Manager- People Advisory

Educational Qualification : Masters/Ph.D. in HR from Premium Institutes
Role and Responsibilities :
- Providing consulting support to customers on assessment design, program data analysis, action planning consulting, etc.
- Connect & collaborate with key customers to understand and solve their challenges around Employee Experience (EX)
- Help clients identify opportunities through Experience Management (XM) programs to get closer to their company vision
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop value propositions & new service offerings
- Guide the EX Implementation team to enhance their knowledge with respect to product and provide customer insights
- Partner with the global EX team to find opportunities to help our customers deeply understand the EX space
Mandatory Skills:
- 7+ years experience working with clients on their employee survey programs, employee assessment programs or in an Employee Insights/Analytics function
- A blend of agency-side experience as well as internal-client experience is ideal, although candidates from either side will be considered
- Experience working with large and complex enterprises
- Should be able to analyze and interpret data, and report back insights to customers

- Strong writing and presentation skills
