Profile Description :
- To lead the Staffing work stream and meet / exceed the overall objectives of the Talent Management (HR) team within the overall TM strategy frame work. Developing, implementing, and evaluating sourcing, recruitment, hiring, transfer, up gradation, promotion and succession planning programs necessary to ensure the workforce's ability to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- As a primary point-of-contact for all staffing related programs and activities, consult the business managers, provide reality advice, and provide market data and information to he businesses for the decision making on staffing related issues
- Undertake necessary preparation for partner reviews or support the Head of HR in preparation for management reviews.
- Influence the management on various staffing programs having long-term impact - like Transfers, Job-rotation, Promotion and development programs based on the long-term workforce planning.
- Maintain sustainable and trustworthy relations across the partner managers and all employees of Ugam.
- Proven track record of large scale hiring across all levels in the IT (products and services) domain is a must.
