Ugam Solutions - Assistant Vice President - Data & Campaign Management

Profile Description:

- The incumbent will responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions to our clients. In this role, you'll be the face of Ugam to our multiple Onshore teams as you and your project teams deliver technically-complex solutions.

- This role will provide you exceptional cross-functional experience. To really crush this role, you'll need to combine your strong technical expertise, your deep program/project management skills, your solid business acumen, and your client management skills to lead cross-functional teams in the on-time delivery of custom solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scoping of Implementation and Engineering Services during presales and completing Services Success Document (services proposal to accompany RFP)

- Defining a client's operating model, business process definition and enabling client champions to own program components

- Developing end-to-end test plans with Quality Engineering and for user acceptance testing

- Identifying risks and creating mitigation plans

- Setting program guardrails and managing program scope and dealing with Change Requests -- scope or project management

- Identifying, planning, and executing against the impact to technology, processes, people, and culture. (ex comms strategy, documentation and training)

- Timeline Management, Project Planning & Tracking Program Progress by workstream

- Managing resources, coordinating with delivery teams to execute the program and establishing RACI (internal team members and client teams)

-  Leading project schedules that span the entire solution delivery lifecycle from design to release, ensuring on-time delivery of best-in-class solutions that truly delight our customers

- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states

- Leading a diverse, cross-functional project team and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to your project teams and partners.

- Handling the client relationships, including all client communications with the clients- Business owners and IT leaders

- Leading project scope for managed services, budget, and resource allocation to ensure a profitable, and executing managed services

KSC for this role:

KNOWLEDGE : 

Qualification:  Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science (Mandatory)

Certifications : 

(if any):  Certified Scrum Master (Nice to have)

- PMP Certification (Nice to have)

Relevant experience: 15+ years of technical program/project management experience

- Implementation experience: 1) Across Multiple Database/RDBMS technologies on prem or cloud 2) Campaign Management platforms like Adobe Campaign, Unica etc 3) Other Digital Marketing Platforms etc

SKILLS : 

Technical/Domain: Experience managing and successfully delivering large scale, custom software solutions to clients

- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum Framework

- Experience in multiple Database Technologies & Platforms

- Experience in Campaign & Experience Management platforms like Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Unica etc.

- Experience in Data Integration tools - ETL

- BI knowledge (nice to have) and understanding reporting requirements - PowerBI, Tableau

- Experience defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications and delivering projects that meet dynamic business needs

- Demonstrated experience establishing relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)

- Ability to deep dive and is never out of touch with the details of the business

- Ability to manage a Multi-tiered Pyramid

- Experience of managing projects costs, pricing & PnL
