Udayy - Technical Recruiter (3-8 yrs)

- Optimize end to end Tech recruitment strategy & process from collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing of candidates to offer, negotiation and onboarding.
- Continue to build our recruiting team by recruiting, onboarding, mentoring and coaching talented new recruiters.
- Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping and influencing management decision-making.
- Support stakeholders to streamline processes to ensure an amazing candidate experience
- Identify the bottlenecks in the hiring process and build solutions to overcome them
- Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need & successfully close positions within timelines.
- Understand recruitment trends across industries - Develop and revise position specifications and job descriptions.
- Maintain relationships with industry partners and leaders
- B.Tech / MBA - HR or equivalent graduate / post-graduate degree.
- 3+ years of Technology Hiring experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels such as job portals, social media channels & employee referrals.
- Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
- Experience with multiple sourcing platforms such as Linkedin, Instahyre, AngelList, Naukri, Hirist, Belong.co, Stackoverflow, Hackerearth, Github etc.
- Experience in hiring for roles like - Software Development Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Designer & Managers, DevOps, Data Engineers etc.
- Ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements.
- Strong and effective communication, teamwork and client service skills.
- Must have a startup tech hiring experience
