About Us :

Udayy (www.udayy.com) is a play and learn platform for kids. Our vision is to transform K5 learning by making it fun and personalized for every child in India. Udayy was incubated in Silicon Valley and counts some prominent investors as its investors. Kids learn Mathematical Thinking and English via live online classes in small batches of 3-5 kids. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs from Stanfordand IIT Delhi and were recently featured in Forbes Asia "30 Under 30" in recognition for their deep passion for education and a vision to build the largest company that the world has seen in this space. You will have the chance to be an early team member of this super talented team and create a long lasting impact.

Core Responsibilities :

- End-to-end lead the parent and student community of the business in the most innovative and scalable way.

- Build, lead and manage a high quality Community Team to manage the function.

- Design and execute an outstanding online and offline event experience strategy to engage both paying and non paying Udayy customers.

- Identify, pursue and engage a strong network of promoters, moderators and partnership avenues such as schools, residential societies, tuition centers, etc.

Requirements:

- Graduate of Tier 1 college.

- 2-3 years of experience in community engagement/organising events or college fests

- Resourceful problem solver with strong leadership ability.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to start projects, to drive to completion and to achieve results.

- Outstanding at networking and maintaining interpersonal relationship with various stakeholders

Location : Work from home during Pandemic. But must be willing to work from Udayy's Gurgaon office near HUDA city center later.
