Job Details : Designation: Warehouse Manager Sub Function: Warehouse Function: Pharma 2. Job Purpose :&nbsp; Monitor warehouse distribution operations, value adding service and dispatch wide variety of products and ensure the highest quality of work to maximize the productivity of warehouse. 3. Key Accountabilities:&nbsp; Accountability Cluster :&nbsp; I. Monitor the Manpower status &amp; control for daily operations II. Maintain coordination among all the departments for better team work &amp; performance III. Control inventory levels and aim for cost efficiency to maintain minimum loss and speed accuracy IV. Manage the Inbound, Outbound and returns of products to carry out smooth operations Major Activities / Tasks :&nbsp; - Check and ensure proper availability of manpower in the warehouse - Monitor and manage the load in the system that requires picking, putting and delivering - Coordinating all the departments along with facility managers - Responsible for the functions in warehouse such as asset, manpower management etc - Identify process breaches and provide proper solutions - Plan proper spacing, delegating area of work depending upon the order with zero errors - Responsible for stock handling such as picking up the orders from correct address - Maintaining the speed, aim for minimal losses and reduce damages - Unloading the stocks in the staging areas, quality control and safe delivery of inventory to the storage - Use the right materials for packaging of products and on time delivery of package to the TC &amp; maintain the costs - Proper product verification and identify the reasons for pending issues &amp; reconciliation of materials - Ensure proper documentation of invoice and keep a track of RO 4. Major Challenges :&nbsp; - Manpower control- taking measures to reduce attrition rate and absenteeism - Maintaining speed and cost of the operations 5. Key Interactions Internal :&nbsp; - TC, Technical team - for maximizing speed and reducing cost - Central ops- aligning the breaches to find solutions &amp; co ordination of operations across India External :&nbsp; - Third party vendors- need basis 6. Dimensions 7. Key Decisions Decisions :&nbsp; - Asset management- planning of resource allocation, manpower requirements - Plan facility, layouts for daily operations Recommendations :&nbsp; - Additional costs occurrence in the operations - Any technical changes requirement - Change in process or system for better regulation and control 8. Skills &amp; Knowledge :&nbsp; Educational qualifications: - Post graduate- MBA in supply chain or operations preferred Skills: - Good at stakeholder management and analytical approach - Proficient in MS excel - Ability to manage people - High decision-making skills &amp; leadership Relevant experience - Min 8 plus years of experience in warehouse operations
