Udaan - Supply Chain Design Role - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

About the role:

- Supply Chain is the backbone of commerce happening on Udaan. This is the team that creates the logistics capability for sellers and buyers to conduct cross-country trade. The objective of supply chain in Udaan is to provide consistent, cost effective and transparent logistic solutions to users.

- As a part of the supply chain design team - you would be responsible for understanding the customer expectations and designing the supply chain network and processes to deliver on those expectations.

- We are at an exciting early stage of designing what the future of India's B2B commerce will be. This role will interest those who enjoy problem-solving and building for scale.

What You'll Need:

1. 2 to 4 Years of Experience after graduation in consulting/ strategy/ planning/supply chain or 0-1 years of experience after MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools. Start-up experience would be a plus. Undergrad from a Tier 1 engineering college required.

2. Strong problem solving and communication skills

3. Strong stakeholder management skills

4. Bias for action and high levels of ownership for the project

5. Working knowledge of SQL/R/Python etc. will be a plus

1. Be the voice of the customer within supply chain and work towards delivering customer expectations

2. Work on projects that deliver a step jump in supply chain capabilities

3. Analyze the efficiency and productivity of existing processes and work towards optimizing
