About the role: We're looking for an all-star to be part of our Fulfillment planning &amp; Analytics team. If you are comfortable in an - all hands on deck- environment, love solving problems and want to change how commerce happens in India, this is the place for you. We are a data driven company and our fulfillment planning and analytics team day in and day out not just churns the data but also give their analysis and solution to the fulfillment and supply chain team helping them plan and strategize better. The single objective of team is to provide analysis and strategies to improve the E2E supply chain performance. This position would lead the analytics function for supply chain. What you will need: - A bachelor's degree in engineering from reputed colleges in the country - 3- 5 years of experience using data to lead and support business decisions - Excellent data analysis, data interpretation and first principle problem solving approach - Good excel skills - Knowledge of SQL/R or other BI/reporting tools would be added advantage (not mandatory) Location - Bangalore - Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mind-set - A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and continuous process improvement mindset. What you will do: - Supply Chain Analytics - Develop deep understanding of Udaan fulfillment models - Use historical data and trends to feed predictive models that support more informed decisions - Identify hidden inefficiencies to capture greater cost savings - Govern the KPIs, define KPIs as per the business requirements and track performance. - Recommend business actions based on analytical findings, define new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance - Create visibility of order flow across the chain by creating dashboards/reports We are looking for you, if you are - A simple thinker.
