Udaan - Sourcing Manager -Spices

About the role:

- Responsible for creating the Monthly Supply Planning strategy for the Category

- Responsible for the Procurement Strategy aligning Cost vs business priorities

- Influencing Brand Strategy to benefit Udaan and the Business metrics

- Will need to have a detailed understanding of the category and the product

- Will be responsible for Training and Developing the City teams on the category and Product knowledge

- Will be responsible for the Quality of the product and take interventions to ensure Testing/QC is carried out

- Will be responsible for the Revenue numbers form Category standpoint

- Identify new partners to align the business metrics and targets

- Plan events for the Category to achieve the category targets

Qualification:

1. Pedigree of premium MBA schools with minimum 4-6 years of post-b-school experience 

2. Relevant experience of managing large on ground sales fleets 

3. Experience in general trade with FMCG/ Apparels industry is preferred.
