The Opportunity : To work closely with the BUs, Support Functions, Business Owners and Program managers to drive Lean programs and projects. Collaborate with categories to drive consistency across the platform, share best practice, and build common capability. Create capability within Company on lean transformation to begin with and establish operational excellence as a core competency in our teams. Primary Responsibilities but not limited to: - Strong understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices and standards. - Knowledge of e-commerce industry practices will be a value add Developing solutions to a variety of complex problems of large scope within a Department. - Developing solution recommendations, authoring processes and procedures, and managing all aspects of project and/or process management. - Reporting, identifying trends, and raising issues or other opportunities around departmental processes and procedures. - Managing completion of ongoing business processes by supporting internal and external stakeholders. - Partnering with management, process owners, and stakeholders to align initiatives with overall business objectives. - Leveraging technology to create programs to monitor for adherence to company's requirements. - Acting as an owner or subject-matter expert for certain procedures and seek ways to improve said procedures over time. - Conducting research and root cause analysis of internal processes and 3rd party vendors, and developing solution recommendations. - Providing guidance, training, and problem-solving assistance to other team members. - Coaching less-experienced individuals. - Researches business problems and creates models that help analyze these business problems. Desired Skills : - Lean Six Sigma expertise, experience of large and complex lean projects and track record of significant delivery Knowledge of Lean methodologies and personal history of applying them to deliver business benefits within an organisation. - Deep Understanding of Tools and its Implementations on ground - Knowledge of process automation / Robotic Process automation / digitization techniques and technologies - Experience and knowledge of working with different teams &amp; stakeholders and ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate well at all levels, delivery to suit audience - Ability to structure, analyse and present complex ideas and data, as well as resolve complex problems - Able to determine options, prioritise and make decisions that drive programme and organisational agenda forward but which also focus on doing the right thing Ability to operate effectively under pressure and work on multiple projects simultaneously Mandates : - Lean Six sigma certified - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), considering context, content, audience, etc. to present effectively to management. - Have done stakeholder management from both peer level &amp; senior management level. - Experience in E Commerce domain.
