Who we are:

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for utilizing data and existing systems / tools for the purpose of reporting, analytics, and dashboard development

- Coordinating with HRBPs / HR Ops team on all queries pertaining to Annual Salary Review process and ongoing queries w.r.t compensation history, performance rating and any other aspect pertaining to Rewards domain

- Create and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized performance and rewards reports/dashboards, ad hoc requests, along-with MIS on an ongoing basis to the stakeholders

- Gather, benchmark, and assess key data/metrics & market intelligence about compensation, and benefits & recent trends in Total Rewards

- Support the offer-roll out process by coordinating with TA team and HRBP for roles across udaan

- Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes

- Optimizing and implementing processes and systems, develop & maintain relevant documentation

- Adhere to policies and procedures/ standards and guidelines for data management, data quality, and data analytics

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in an Analyst/ Data Analyst/role, prior background with HR Analytics

- Bachelor / Master's degree in Engineering, or BBA/MBA in Human Resource

- Experience working on statistical and predictive analysis from data derived

- Must have excellent communication and analytical skills backed with good business acumen

- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Ability of HR reporting and Dashboards

- Knowledge of HRMS Systems and other rewards & recognition related systems
