Role Objective : Partner with all Businesses/Categories and provide a wide range of HR support at a regional level. He / She will play a key role in the success of the organization by creating and implementing various human resources programs around Hiring, On-boarding, Retention, Performance Management, Capability Building, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement.

Key Responsibilities -

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the on roll and off roll employees in the business in the designated region

- Work closely with all stakeholders to build string active engagement, monitor the on-ground pulse and increase productivity across teams

- Resolve all employee relations issues promptly and effectively address grievances

- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Build the organizational design framework and processes, and lead related projects, fostering the development of organizational capabilities and structures needed to support the execution of the business strategy

- Identify training needs, evaluate training programs and help organize learning and development initiatives for teams and individuals

- Applying deep understanding of prevailing labour laws, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and establish appropriate risk mitigation mechanism


- Stakeholder management: Ability to navigate through multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

- HR Business Partnering: Ability to act as the HR Business Partner for a headcount of 5000 to 7000 employees (On-Roll & Associates)

- Assertiveness: Ability to push back
