Roles and Responsibilities Skills/Core Competencies
- Oversee and Monitor inward quality of fresh produce based on sampling and sorting processes
- Implement correct sorting and grading practices at warehouses and source supplies in order to ensure right delivery of output
- Monitor and Overlook opening stock quality and other factors that can hamper or enhance the produce quality
- Analysis of returns from customers and identify issues and reporting them to the stakeholders with a set frequency
- Work with demand and supply teams to set quality specifications and parameters for the city as per B2B business taking seasonality and variability into account.
- Train on ground staff on handling and storage practices and changes in specifications
- Market and customer visits to understand the supply availability and customer complaints
