Learn more about us: https://udaan.com/ Role Description Role: Project Manager-FMCG Function: FMCG Reporting: Projects Head FMCG The Projects Manager is responsible for bringing systemic improvements in the Udaan processes to improve efficiencies across functions. We look after inwarding projects to improve better accountability of all inwards, faster inwards and highest capacity utilization at each Warehouse. We look after projects related to catalog of the listed products and how we can optimize inwards with a better catalog system while making meaningful changes for our buyers All areas of work from inwarding, cataloguing, sales, to app buyer experience, to finance requires central tech solutions. This role requires actively engaging with all teams to understand, identify issues and create central solutions with tech team to address each problem statement. Key Responsibilities: - Understand in depth and design/ update processes to improve inwards process - Understand in depth and design/ update processes on catalogue inwards - Understand Udaan FMCG business processes end to end and look for solutions across board that can be fixed through tech solutions. - Work with tech teams to create the design framework and later help launch these solutions across functions Functional & Competencies: Problem solving: The role needs the individual to be able to solve for a given business problem in sometimes an ambiguous state and with multiple data streams impacting decision making Data driven / analytical: The role requires the individual to be comfortable in processing and analyzing volume of multiple data streams, and identify problem sources and suggest solutions Collaborative skills: The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with multiple Internal teams and external FMCG vendors to create success. She/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment. Result orientation: The role is required to have a closing mentality and able to prioritize tasks to meet both short term and long-term objectives Qualifications and Experience: - eCommerce enthusiast and deeply relates with ability of e-commerce to disrupt FMCG industry at large - Passionate and driven individual looking to work with a similar bunch of people!
