Role: Program Analyst, Process Excellence Job Description : - Manage the projects &amp; drive process excellence for delivering positive business results by focusing on establishing and improving business processes to improve reliability, increase simplicity and enable growth. - Identify the problems and build the right process and check its adherence for end to end execution of a project - Choose right product problems and ensure features are getting build and roll out the processes in an efficient manner for proper product development - Act as a product spoc to ensure that the daily issues are being solved to manage the warehouse performance. Track performance of all the operations to share the performance status along with the Warehouse Manager for effective product operations. Educational qualifications: - Bachelor of engineering from any tier-1 colleges Skills: - Good at understanding data and numbers - High problem-solving approach - Proficient in MS excel is must and SQL preferred - People management skills Relevant experience: - Min 1-3 years of experience in operations, data analytics, Program Managing roles etc.
