The Fresh vertical of Udaan aims to create a niche for itself in the B2B food and Vegetables space with concerted efforts towards improved commerce and overall value proposition for the customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Define and implement quality charter blueprints for the business category in resonance with the sourcing operations and other support or lead functions

- Build measurement tools that best fits the needs of the business area/Categories/Functions.

- Create Blueprints and SOPs through Process adequacy framework.

- Identify failure modes in current processes and work closely with stakeholder teams to solve problems to improve product, process or perceived quality.

- Understand customer needs and requirements and build effective standards for implementation of the same through constant iteration and experiments till arrival of steady state implementation.

- Strengthen the Supply Chain partnerships through - Evaluation- and - Performance management.

Skills/Core Competencies - 

- Ability to navigate through Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous setups (VUCA environments)

- Problem solver with adaptability in problem solving approach based on problem complexity

- Analytically competent

- Passionate individual with commitment to be an agent of change

- Ability to work hold his own in cross functional team setups

- Six sigma certification/Design Thinking certification/Operational or New Product implementation experience is a plus
