Udaan - Process Analyst - Process Excellence/Product Improvement - Fintech/NBFC/Banking - NIIT/IIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/FMS (1-4 yrs)

Job Responsibilities

- Working with Financial Institutions such as Banks and NBFCs to launch credit products on the udaan Capital platform

- Responsible for designing, rolling out, troubleshooting and scaling the process for successful partnerships

- Identification and problem-solving steep impact opportunities across the lending partnership processes

- Understanding and being sensitive to the needs and challenges of stakeholders

KRAs of the role

- Solution design and implementation - Understanding business problems and driving roll out of high impact processes

- Stakeholder Management - Align internal stakeholders for a quick go live while achieving the desired outcomes

- Troubleshooting - Identifying and fixing areas where the process is weak/failing (on any of the four dimensions - accuracy, capacity, cost, speed)

Functional Competencies

- Domain expertise - Some knowledge of processes in a knowledge economy is helpful.

- Problem solving - Identify problems related to speed or the desired outcome and work towards resolution

- Stakeholder Management - Understand and be sensitive to the needs and challenges of stakeholders. Be able to present and articulate properly.

- Cross-functional integration - Understand different functions processes and metrics and collaborate with them.

- Analytical ability - Understand, generate and rely on data backed insights. Comfortable in dealing with large data to understand trends / possible solutions

- Process & detail orientation - High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & process

- People Skills - Ability to support peer group and communicate clearly

- Technical Expertise- Subject matter expertise in one or two sub-areas of area of expertise backed by practical experience

Candidate Profile

- Should possess basic project management skills

- Should have a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in product design/process management /operations problems; preferably with a Fintech dealing with banks and NBFCs

- Qualification required: Min an B.Tech / MBA fromTier-1 college

- Must have experience in leading projects involving solution design, improvement and roll out
