About Role:

Process analysts are solution architects working very closely with the business to identify and solve steep impact opportunities. They understand the business objective, apply current process/operations understanding and rely on data to devise the right process solutions. They also work as program managers for rolling out new business processes and work on driving adherence before handing them over to operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identification and problem-solving steep impact opportunities across collections processes

- Responsible for designing, rolling out, troubleshooting and scaling business processes

- Driving adherence of processes across respective workstreams/functions

- Ensuring speed, accuracy and scalability of processes while being low on cost.

- Understanding and being sensitive to the needs and challenges of stakeholders

Key Functional Skills:

- Problem solving Identify business problems and devise robust, scalable solutions.

- Stakeholder Management Understand and be sensitive to the needs and challenges of stakeholders.

- Cross-functional integration Understand different functions processes and metrics and collaborate with them.

- Analytical ability Understand, generate and rely on data backed insights.

- Process & detail orientation High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & process

- People Skills: Ability to support peer group and mentor colleagues with lesser expertise/experience

- Decision making: Ability to make sound decisions in area of expertise and see it to execution.

Technical Expertise : Subject matter expertise in one or two sub-areas of area of expertise backed by practical experience.
